Sand | Soil | Base Products

Our sand products have many residential and commercial applications. They can be used as a top dressing for your St. Augustine lawns or in a concrete block or stucco material mix. Our soils combine a mixture of Florida peat, composted manure, and topsoil to make some of the darkest, richest soils around. Our soils are excellent for flower beds and vegetable gardens.

Install Tips: Topdressing can be done in early fall or more effectively in early spring. Apply the sand over the whole yard, about a 1/4" thick. One yard will cover an area about 320 sq ft at this depth. You must use a washed, screened silica sand for this application.
